The Best Investment for Your Child's Future
Nursery school is an important time in a child’s schooling, when they start to develop key skills for academic and personal success. We are proud to give learners the best start to their school careers. Experienced, talented staff work hard to create tailored learning pathways, employing rigorous standards and an ambitious curriculum. Learning is further enhanced owing to our modern facilities, carefully crafted to promote excellence and help children as young as 6 weeks become confident, curious, resilient learners.

Government Funded Hours – Early Education Entitlement Funding
We offer Government funded hours as follows:
- Expanded Entitlement 9 months - 2 year olds (subject to parent’s eligibility*)
- Universal 3 and 4 year olds
- Extended Entitlement 3 and 4 year olds (subject to parent's eligibility*)
*parents should check their entitlement for free hours on the Government website: https://childcaresupport.tax.service.gov.uk and provide the entitlement code to office staff. Please refer to our Parent
Handbook and www.coventry.gov.uk (children and families section) for further information. Parents can access https://www.coventry.gov.uk/2yearoldfunding for criteria/application information.
Government funded sessions are offered every session, with the exception of Wednesday and Thursday mornings, for 38 weeks a year.
Sessions are from 8am to 1pm (AM), 1pm to 6pm (PM) and full days (8am to 6pm). Further information will be provided during your visit to look around the
Nursery School.
Sessions outside of Government funded hours will be charged at standard rates.
Notes:
All fees must be paid in full (regardless of the payment method) by the 1st of each month to which they relate, although discretion is given until the 5th. We accept childcare vouchers, tax free childcare payments, credit and debit card payments.
A late payment charge of £27 is added to your account at 5pm on the 5th of each month if there is an outstanding balance of any amount. A child may be excluded until the account is brought up to date. If children are collected late, a charge of £27 per 10 minutes (or part of) will apply. Requests for bespoke letters (e.g. confirmation for Tax Credits, HMRC, etc) may attract a charge. See the Nursery Agreement for further information.
Fees are calculated weekly and charged monthly in advance. This will allow us to administer the weekly Government funded hours where applicable and any additional hours and/or charges. Please take note that your monthly bill will not be the same each month because of the way the weeks fall, and because the Government funding is only available for 38 weeks of the year.
Non funded weeks remain payable at the standard rates. Should an entitlement code provided by a parent prove invalid during a funded period, invoices will be calculated and issued without Government funding, using standard fees, and adjustments to prior months of that funded period made and be payable.
